Keep personal details, phone numbers, email addresses and notes in the client profile, alongside appointment history. When someone calls again, use their information to plan the next visit. Advanced treatment records and sales history depend on your chosen plan.
Appointments are managed in ED BeautyFlow’s own calendar. The Google Calendar connection is optional and depends on your plan. You do not need a Google account to use the internal calendar.
The web software is accessible on computers, tablets and smartphones. The iPhone/iPad app is on the App Store, and Mac packages for Intel and Apple Silicon are available. Accessible features depend on enabled services and permissions. Android is awaiting approval, and Windows is in preparation.
